Certificate of Ethical Leadership

Employers today are looking for students with integrity and good work ethic. Students are looking for dirrection to seekhappiness in their lives. We believe happiness will result when students identify their game in life and play it by the rules.

To motivate students find their destiny and direction and to help employers identify ethical leaders, HOD offers a certificate 

of ethical leadership to students who satisfy the following three criteria:

1. Attend the three core luncheons.

2. Attend four more leadership luncheons of their choice. They can replace two luncheons with one leadership trip.

3. Demonstrate their ethical leadership by doing a small practicum under Prof. Thevaranjan's guidance to make a difference in the world around them at SU.
